Auburn Football Blah

So it looks like I will be holding my breath a lot this season as well as closing my eyes and crossing my fingers whenever I see Jeremy Johnson get ready to throw the football..."lord please don't let him throw an interception"....Bless his heart.

But encouragement is what is needed, not more criticism. He's getting that from everywhere and we as fans should show support for our QB's even if they aren't having the best...oh, what the hell. I'm frustrated. I think he should sit out and get a chance to really wrap his head around why he's on the field and determine just how much he really wants to be out there despite his fears (let's just say that's what it is).

Sometimes it takes sitting in the background to decide you don't like being there and want to instead be in the spotlight.

I'm not even going to begin to talk about out 'D'...blah

LSU is probably foaming at the mouth, eager to eat us up next weekend. If we don't turn it around there will lots of day games and not a lot of tailgating...our kids will not like that. But, I love being in Auburn this time of year. I can hear the stadium from my house and at least there was some noise this past game.

I still love this town, this University, and yes even our team- because it's my team and my family...and you know that they say about family... I can talk bad about them all day long, but let someone else talk bad about them and I'll defend them till the day I die.
WAR EAGLE (and pray for Jeremy Johnson, lord only knows how bad he's feeling right now.)
